We are not responsible for additional costs incurred outside of amounts paid to JB Luxury Escapes Ltd, including flights, visas, or other non-refundable services arranged independently.

  • Once approved, refunds will generally be issued within 14–21 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Any bank or transaction fees are not refundable unless required by law.
