Please note that we often act as an agent on your behalf when arranging bookings with third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, and event organisers. In these cases, the contract for the service will be directly between you and the relevant supplier.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

  • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of any deposit paid.

  • Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, or supplier pricing updates.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

By You:

  • If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the terms of the individual service providers and will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

By Us:

  • In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or amend a booking due to unforeseen events. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

  • We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, etc.) are valid and in order before departure. We are not liable for any issues arising from failure to meet entry requirements or obtain proper documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. We are not liable for costs arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.

  • We act as an agent for third-party suppliers and cannot accept liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of those suppliers.
